INGREDIENTS
- Chia seeds (1 tbsp.)
- Honey (1 tbsp.)
- Lemon juice (1 lemon)
- Water (1 ½ glass)
PREPARATION
Soak the chia seeds in the water for one hour and then add the rest of the ingredients and your drink is ready. Drink this every morning before breakfast.
