Even if some may seem surprising, hemorrhoids have become one of the most common diseases in the world, with about 75% of cases. The causes of this condition are sedentary lifestyle, constipation and chaotic or fiber-free eating. The thing is that you can relieve hemorrhoids symptoms and ease the pain with following natural remedies. Also, if the hemorrhoids are external you can get rid of them, too.

Clay cataplasms

If you suffer from external hemorrhoids, you can try clay cataplasms. Mix 5 tablespoons of clay with lukewarm water until you get a paste. Apply that paste to the inflamed area and let it work for 2 hours. For best results try to apply this paste every day for one month!

Cabbage

Cabbage is another natural remedy that can be used successfully in treating hemorrhoids. Crush with a glass bottle a cabbage leaf and apply it to the affected area. Let it act for a few minutes and repeat the procedure every day for 2 months.

Ice cubes

Ice cube compresses are another quick remedy for calming pain caused by hemorrhoids.
Put a few ice cubes in a small plastic bag and then apply it directly to the affected zone. Let it act for a minute, and the pain and itching will disappear quickly.

Aloe Vera

This remedy treats both swollen and bleeding hemorrhoids.
Cut the leaves of Aloe Vera in half, heat them a little and apply it to the affected area.
You can also freeze the leaves and apply to the affected area. Both methods are incredible effective.
